This class taught me the basics of hanging lights, following a light plot, focusing fixtures, reading paperwork, using sound software, setting up cues, and programming/operating a board. This was the practicum in the series that was most out of my comfort zone, but I ended up really enjoying the processes. I am now more familiar with the different types of lights and cables, and feel confident in my abilities to work on a more technical side of theatre.
