In this internship, I worked as a member of the Front of House Staff for both summer main-stage musicals, Waitress and Anything Goes. As a part of my role, I managed concession sales, communicated with patrons and donors, maintained inventory, communicated directly with directors and staff, trained and supervised volunteers, and helped to create a welcoming environment for all audience members. I also assisted with load-in and load-out for productions, on both the Front of House and scenic sides of the crew. This internship helped to form my interest in Arts Management and the general business side of managing a professional theatre company, as I was able to witness some of these acts first hand.
